Description: This dataset provides hospital locations in the State of Minnesota. Data was extracted from the Minnesota Department of Health Health Care Facility and Provider Database on February 22, 2016. Please note that licensing and status of hospitals can change; refer to the Minnesota Department of Health webpage for current status. Addresses were cleaned and geocoded by the Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Dept (HSPHD) & the Hennepin County GIS Office. Where possible road centerline geocoded locations were improved to parcel centroid or building footprint.
