Description: Roadways in the City of Blaine, includes public and private. Ownership and maintenance responsibility vary. The attribute field "Lanes" which describes the number of driving lanes per road segment. It was has been determined that road segments within the manfactured housing communities of Blaine will be given a number of lanes of 1. It has been determined that road segments that are on ramps or off ramps will be given a number of lanes of 1. The City of Blaine has various townhomes and multi tennant communities with a network of private streets connecting them to the city streets network. It has been determined that most but not all of the road segments within the townhome and multi tennant areas will be given a number of lanes of 0. It has been determined that most but not all the road segments within the Blaine Airport will be given a number of lanes of 0. Last update February 22, 2022.Parent ID is PWID assigned by the right of way ID of the segment that contains the roadway segment(s). The child PWSegID is a seven digit serial number with leading zeroes based off the OID so as to not repeat any ID number throughout the dataset.Blaine has updated attributes from the Minnesota Geospatial Advisory Coucil, road centerline data standard for Minnesota and appended local municipal attributes to create a local municipal road centerline.
